Maritime access

Ships enter the port thanks to the access channel (dredged at 8.00m under the hydrographic zero and on 90.00m); it is about two nautical miles, on the 184°5 and marked by a luminous alignment. This channel is 150 metres long and is delimited in the east as well as in the west by three pairs of luminous buoys and beacons.

The outer harbour has a swinging room area of 250 metres in diameter abeam the ferry-boat wharf n°2 (kept at 8 m under the hydrographic zero).

The bed rises again at 3m25 under the hydro zero abeam the ferry-boat post n°1 and allows the access to the locks.
